Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. If you are a minor under applicable Thai law, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You may register using an email and password or by signing in with Google. You may not share your account, impersonate others, or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share course content, including videos, text, and exercises, outside the Service;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or content except as expressly permitted;
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, including the code-execution environment;
• Upload or run code that is malicious, illegal, or intended to harm the Service or other users; or
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

The Service includes an online code editor and automated grading that run code you submit in a sandboxed environment. You are responsible for the code you submit. We may impose limits on execution time, resources, and the number of submissions, and may suspend access to these features in case of abuse.

Paid courses and bundles are sold at the prices displayed, in Thai Baht (THB), and may be subject to discounts where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.

Upon successful payment, you receive access (enrollment) to the purchased course or bundle. Some courses may be offered free of charge.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, course and bundle purchases are final. If you believe a charge was made in error or you encountered a technical problem that prevented access, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

You may submit content such as course reviews, notes, code, support tickets, and bug reports ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant RuffBlitz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

The Service and all of its content, features, branding, and software are owned by RuffBlitz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "RuffBlitz" and associated logos may not be used without our prior written permission.

Certificates awarded through the Service recognize your participation and progress. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through error, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate. Educational outcomes depend on your own effort and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuffBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
